Pros: Excellent bagels, baked goods, and sandwiches. Cons: S-l-o-w-e-s-t service on the planet! You will be there at least 25 to 45 minutes if there is a line. 10 minute minimum even if there is no line. Orders are frequently wrong. Prices are completely inconsistent. Receipts are meaningless.

Customer service is terrible. Unfriendly and just don’t want to be there or help you at all. The food is good but the line takes forever and employees respond with head nods rather than actually speaking to you. I’ve been here more than once and it has been the same negative experience every time. They also shut down their grill an hour before closing time. So you’re only able to order bagels and spreads, no meats.

Great food but sooo slow. Took over a half hour on a late saturday morning to get two bagels and a hot sandwich. No one seemed to care much about speeding up the process or moving faster

My family loves their bagels. Always fresh. The line may be long. But the staff really keeps moving to accommodate you quickly.. wouldn't go any where else...

My favorite place to stop in for a bagel! My family has been coming here for years and I make sure to stop by whenever I visit to bring some bagels back to Florida with me. There's usually a line, as service is pretty slow, but it's worth the wait.
